Philosophy

Greyhound Design is a sole proprietorship. All communications, questions, concerns — along with all design work — is one person's responsibility and will be handled rapidly and straightforwardly with no “lost in communication” issues.

• Your data is your data! All passwords, logins, usernames etc. will be provided to clients. Obviously Greyhound Design needs access to these passwords too, but they’re yours to change as you see fit.
• The “Hit by a Bus” theory: Greyhound Design will make every effort to make the system easily understood by another developer, with no hidden data, no secret passwords, or any other traps that could make transitioning to another development company difficult.
• Small / quick changes: We do not thrive on billing clients for every tiny change they might make, either during development or down the line. If there’s something quick and easy to do for a client we're happy to do it for free; if it looks like a larger project we’ll let you know ahead of time that it will be a charged change and provide an estimate.
• Communication: Bass' other career is a Lieutenant/Paramedic at Wood River Fire & Rescue; this makes me sometimes unavailable by cell phone, but I try to be as quick in replying to emails as possible. Even after the build, if there’s something you’re trying to do and it seems like it might take forever, take the minute to check with us first… we may have an easier / quicker way to accomplish a task that makes more sense for everyone involved.
